The high season is during the months of July and August as least rainfall is expected in these months and the temperature is 26-27 degree celsuis.
However, the best time to come to Bali is April, May, June and September, just before and just after high season. The weater is still dry. These months are also the best time for water sport activities such as scuba diving, surfing, snorkeling, etc.
